Payment Terms
30 minute Trial lesson $25 - Full payment required upon booking.

1 hr Adult lessons $90 (*$75 concession) - A non refundable deposit of $45 is required upon booking. 

Option to pay full amount at booking or outstanding amount paid via cash or eftpos at the end of your lesson

*Concession - Unemployed/Student

30 minute teens aged 10 -14  $60 - A deposit of $30 is required upon booking. 

Option to pay full amount at booking or outstanding amount paid via cash or eftpos at the end of your lesson

Cancellation Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows make it difficult accommodate other students and compromises the facilitator’s time and energies.  Consistent attendance is important if you wish to progress towards your vocal goals.  

A non refundable deposit is required upon booking your lesson. If you are unable to attend you have the option of rescheduling you lesson to a time that suits you. 
 Please contact Vocal Hearts at least 24 hours before your lesson start time to re-schedule or your deposit will be forfeited.

It is understood that emergencies and extenuating circumstances do occur  In the case of illness please contact Vocal Hearts by 8am on the day of your lesson to cancel and we can find another time for your lesson without losing your payment.

Disclaimer
The student is responsible for their own vocal health.  Vocal Hearts works one on one with the student to teach and demonstrate good healthy and safe vocal technique but will not be held responsible for any unlikely vocal damage.  

Regular practice away from formal lessons is required to make progress.
