Payment Terms

6 lesson Program - $510 ($85 per 1 hour lesson) -
*Concession - $450 ($75 per 1 hour lesson)

10 lesson program - $800 ($80 per 1 hour lesson)
*Concession - $700 ($70 per 1 hour lesson)

Casual mentoring session $95 per 1 hour lesson

Payment for 6 and 10 week programs are paid upfront 7 days upon receipt of invoice via EFT.
Casual Mentoring sessions paid on the day via cash or eftpos.

*Concession - Unemployed, Tertiary student and special circumstances as deemed appropriate by Vocal Hearts

Payment plan for programs - paid within 1 month upon receipt of invoice to be worked out at the discretion between the student and Vocal Hearts

No refunds will be offered.

Cancellation Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows make it difficult accommodate other students and compromises the facilitator’s time and energies.  Consistent attendance is important if you wish to progress towards your vocal goals.  Therefore, Vocal Hearts require 24 hours notice for any rescheduled changes.  In the case of a lesson booked under a block program, failure to give sufficient notice will render the lesson to be forfeited.  In the case of a casual lesson the student will be invoiced a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the lesson, and payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

It is understood that emergencies and extenuating circumstances do occur.  It will be up to the discretion of Vocal Hearts as to any leniency regarding cancellation fees and/or forfeited lessons.

In the case of illness please contact Vocal Hearts by 8am on the day of your lesson to cancel.


Program terms

6 and 10 week programs can be booked anytime and must be completed within 10 weeks for a  6 session program and within 14 weeks for a 10 session program, unless an alternative schedule is discussed and agreed upon with the facilitator.

There will be no refunds if the student fails to complete the block of lessons within the specified time frame.


Disclaimer
The student is responsible for their own vocal health.  Vocal Hearts works one on one with the student to teach and demonstrate good healthy and safe vocal technique but will not be held responsible for any unlikely vocal damage.  

Regular practice away from formal lessons is required to make progress.

Students must be 14 years of age and above.
