One on one singing lessons designed for younger singers. We cover safe and effective vocal technique, explore songs of your child's choice as well as develop stage craft and performance technique. Or if your child just wants to sing for fun that's great too! Lessons are shorter for better focus and to prevent info overload.
Cancellation Policy Introductory Lesson (New Students) New students are welcome to book a discounted introductory lesson to experience singing lessons before committing to ongoing sessions. The full introductory lesson fee is paid upfront at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will forfeit the full introductory fee, as the time slot cannot reasonably be offered to another student at short notice. In the case of a genuine emergency, refunds will be considered at the teacher's discretion. Ongoing Lesson Bookings To secure your lesson booking, a deposit of 50% of the lesson fee is required at the time of booking. This can be paid online through our booking system. The remaining balance is due at the end of your lesson, payable by EFTPOS or cash. Vocal Hearts understands that life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel please notify Jenn as soon as possible on 0400 258442 or you can reschedule online via your 'manage booking' tab in your confirmation email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time will receive a full refund of their deposit, or the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled lesson at your request. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time will forfeit the deposit. This is because short-notice cancellations do not allow sufficient time to offer the slot to another student. Please note - You will not be able to manage or cancel online within 24 hours of your lesson. In the case of genuine emergencies, cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the teacher's discretion. No-Shows Students who do not attend their lesson without any prior notice will forfeit their deposit (or full introductory fee for new students) and will be required to pay a new deposit to rebook. To reschedule contact Jenn or manage your booking online (as long as it's before the 24 hour period before your lesson) By completing a booking and paying a deposit or introductory fee, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
